At the Feyenoord Fanshop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all official club merchandise. Please ensure items are in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused items, including all original packaging and labels, securely into a shipping box or bag.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
